Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise which emphasizes slow, graceful, connected, flowing movements helping to cultivate a relaxed body and mind. It combines the calm of meditation, the harmonizing and healing potential of the best medicine and the subtle skills of the internal martial arts. This course will teach:
- the fundamental exercises which will help loosen and relax the body;
-correct body alignments to help repair and heal joint, ligament and tendon problems;
-energy flow and breathing known in Chinese medicine as Qi (Chi);
-Natural movements to develop strength, fluidity, endurance and body cohesion.
