Ladies it's your time - time to become health educated, confident and STRONG! Join our certified personal trainer as she coaches your and several other women through a health and wellness journey that will change not only your body but your mind and spirit. Your upper and lower body strength will be tested and challenged, increasing your capabilities and expanding what you may believe is possible.
Participants will meet 3X per week for four weeks and be introduced to a variety of weight room exercises and home workouts designed by the instructor to meet specific goals. This program is meant to be a starting point for a healthier more active lifestyle allowing participants to continue on their own using the tools, knowledge and confidence gained from the training program. No previous weight training experience needed- beginners welcome!
