Continue your journey to becoming stronger in mind body and soul. Working in a small group setting with other women with similar goals and training experience, you will continue to work with a trainer to become more confident and competent using weights and body weight exercises to get you closer to your fitness and wellness goals. Participants must have completed the Intro course prior to participating in this course.
Participants will meet 3X per week for four weeks and be introduced to a variety of weight room exercises and home workouts designed by the instructor to meet specific goals.
