Hatha Yoga focuses on a healthy mind-body connection. Learn how to control your breathing to improve oxygenation of the body and alleviate stress. Practices various body positions (Asanas) designed to improve health and remove diseases. Hatha Yoga will help increase muscle flexibility and bone strength as well as develop will power and concentration. Introductory classes are designed for those who are true beginners or anyone who is familiar with Yoga but enjoys the slower pace of an introductory class.
