Description: Hatha Yoga focuses on a healthy mind-body connection. Learn how to control your breathing to improve oxygenation of the body and alleviate stress. Practices various body positions (Asanas) designed to improve health and remove diseases. Hatha Yoga will help increase muscle flexibility and bone strength as well as develop will power and concentration. Intermediate classes are designed for those with previous Yoga experience. Challenge yourself to learn more advanced poses and breathing techniques while improving your mental and physical stamina. Drop-ins welcome if space permits $10/visit.
Full refunds given prior to the start of the first class. Pro-rated refunds will be issued if notice is given prior to the start of the third class. No refunds given after beginning of the 3rd class.
Participants should have previous yoga experience before taking the intermediate program.
