Hatha Yoga focuses on a healthy mind-body connection. Learn how to control your breathing to improve oxygenation of the body and alleviate stress. Practices various body positions (Asanas) designed to improve health and remove diseases. Hatha Yoga will help increase muscle flexibility and bone strength as well as develop will power and concentration. Intermediate classes are designed for those with previous Yoga experience. Challenge yourself to learn more advanced poses and breathing techniques while improving your mental and physical stamina. Drop-ins welcome if space permits $10/visit.
