Description:
Strengthen, stretch and breathe your way to a more comfortable pregnancy. Improve posture, balance and flexibility as your instructor leads you through a series of pregnancy safe Yoga poses. Prepare for labour by building stamina and learning to use your breath. The benefit from relaxation exercises will help you now and as a new mother. This is a great way to connect with other moms-to-be in your community as you enjoy the benefits of this popular class. Please note: because we care about you and your baby, a PARmed-X for pregnancy form must be signed by your healthcare provider prior to your participating in class.
