This team sport consists of 6 to 10 players per team with some players as substitutes. The objective is to eliminate all opposing players by getting them "out". This is done by either hitting a player with a live ball thrown below the shoulders or catching a live ball thrown by an opponent before it hits the ground.
If you like a fast-paced game, in a fun but competitive environment, then join us either on Thursday evening or Saturday afternoon for a fun workout. Come join us for two hours of fun and fitness. Our dodgeball sessions are open to people of all skill levels and athletic abilities. Our participants include world-class dodgeball players, as well as absolute beginners. All are welcome, and teams will be fairly divided regardless of skill level.
NOTE: Priority to play is given to those who register in the program and to first-come drop-ins who remain on-site.
