Join us for a special evening of Candlelit Hallowed Yoga, to celebrate the spooky season.
By candlelight, you will be guided through Halloween themed poses. Your senses will be enhanced and our atmosphere is most definitely going to put you in the Halloween spirit.*Space is limitedCancellation/Termination Policy:• Programs will be monitored and will be cancelled no later than 3:30pm the day prior to the program.• Participants will be notified of a cancellation by email and text message (if possible). We ask that all contact information is accurate on their ActiveNET family account to avoid delay in notification.• Programs cancelled by the Recreation and Culture Department will result in a full credit applied to account or transfer to another available class. Full refunds will be issued upon request by credit card or cheque and mailed to the address on the account within four to six weeks from the time of cancellation.
Program Notes• Participants will be required to arrive 15 minutes prior to the program start time and wait at the designated entrance location until a staff person allows entry into the facility.• Once the program is in progress all facility doors will be locked and there will be no access to the facility.• Each participant and parent/caregiver (if applicable) must come prepared with their own face mask when attending the program and must wear their face mask when a physical distance of 2m cannot be maintained.• Screening protocols for staff and participants will be conducted each day prior to the start of the class. All participants will be subject to a verbal COVID-19 Self-Assessment Screening Questionnaire that will be conducted with instructor upon arrival.• Participants are expected to self-assess prior to attending class and any person experiencing COVID-19 related symptoms are expected to stay home.• For any child (under 15yrs) program, a parent/caregivers (16yrs+) must remain on site for the duration of the program to assist child(ren) if needed (i.e. washrooms, first aid requirements, redirection, etc.).• Each participant 15yrs or younger will be permitted to have 1 parent/caregiver (16yrs+) to accompany them into the building.• Physical distancing of 2m will be emphasized and enforced, with the exception of staff interventions for behavior management and issuing first aid where necessary (in which the program instructor and participant will be required to wear a face mask).• Sanitized equipment and supplies will be available for each participant's personal use during the program.• Any person that does not abide by the program protocol will be asked to remove themselves from the program area and will not be allowed to regain entry to the program that day.• Following the program, equipment will be sanitized and single use supplies will be discarded appropriately or given to the participants to take home (i.e. crafts).• Hand sanitizer will be available onsite during the program.• Washroom facilities will be available on-site, however, change rooms and lockers will not be available.
