Happy New Year, Happy new lifestyle! Take advantage of the 35th annual 5k running and walking clinic to start your year off on the right foot. Comox Valley Road Runners offers supportive groups for walkers only, walkers to runner, and runners to racers. Over a period of ten weeks, you will gradually increase distance to cover 5km and hear from specialists in the community on topics like; footwear, nutrition, injury prevention, cross training and more. this year's hybrid clinic will offer in person group runs and specialist talks via Zoom.

Notes:
Clinic has moved to a virtual only program to respond to PHO requirements as of January 4, 2022. Online registration has been discontinued to new registrants after after January 7th, 2022 so they can be provided with correct information to receive links for virtual format. Please reach out to coordinator at 5kclinic@cvrr.ca

Participants must show proof of Government issued, double vaccination status to staff upon first day of class, or they will not be able to participate.

February 5th will be located at the Tsolum Building in Lewis Park
