Description: This class is just for men over 50 who are new to Yoga. You'll be in the same boat as everyone else as you gradually increase your flexibility. You'll learn some breathing techniques that reduce stress. As the weeks progress, you might find that you're less prone to injuries at work or during leisure, and that you recover faster from exertion.
