Description: This class is designed for people living with early stage memory loss due to Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia and a friend, family member or caregiver. Enjoy light exercise followed by activities or games in a relaxed atmosphere.

Notes:
Classes are located in Lower Native Sons Hall

This program is for early stage dementia and early memory loss. If there are questions about if this is a suitable program, please provide Coordinators phone number Gord: Call (778) 746-2017 for more info.

Coordinator will be sending out information prior to start of class for participants.

Masks must be worn during programs for all caregivers, participants and staff

Maintain 6 feet of physical distance from others
Practice hand hygiene – wash hands and/or use hand sanitizer (provided).

Stay home if you are sick or have symptoms.

Proof of vaccination will be required.
