Description

20-20-20 - This class is a combination of all your favourite fitness components. 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of muscle conditioning, and 20 minutes of stretching. Times are approximate, but the class will be divided into the three components of fitness, creating a well-rounded class to fit anyone's needs and preferences.

Please note, there will be no classes on Monday May 19 (Victoria Day) due to facility closures, and Monday April 28 due to Elections. Please bring indoor shoes and water to class. This is a drop-in fitness class which includes Fitness Plus, and Group Fitness Memberships. You may also attend classes with a 10 ticket Group Fitness pass, or day/pay as you go pass. The program drop-in will be run on a first-come and first-serve basis. All participants must clearly print their names on the class sign in sheet provided in the class. There is no entry to the program 15 minutes before the program starts or when program rooms are unsupervised. Non-Drop-in fees = $9.37 (+ tax) for adults and $4.69 (+tax) for youth/seniors (50% discount applied). For more information, please see our website at www.Clarington.net/fitness .
