Program Refunds & Credits
Full refunds or account credits will be granted in the following instances:
a) The Department cancels the program;
b) The request for the refund is received a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the start of the program;
c) For requests received less than seven (7) days prior to the start of the program will be granted provided the Department is able to fill the spot;
d) In the event that a patron or their dependent falls ill, or becomes injured, inhibiting their ability to participate in or continue participation in a program or utilize a facility pass or punch card, a pro-rated refund may be given based upon the date of the refund request. Documentation (i.e., doctor?s note) is requested for illnesses or injury claims;e) Approved refunds may be applied to the patron?s account as a credit at their discretion;
f) The Recreation Manager / Pool Manager will administer the refund program.

Transfers
A transfer is permitted only when we are notified 7 days prior to the course start date or at the recommendation of the instructor.

Reprinting of Receipts
Email copies are free of charge. Should you require additional printed copies of your receipts, there will be a charge of $1.00 per receipt.
