Description: Swimmer 3: With increased endurance Swimmer 3's will tread water for 15 seconds, swim front and back crawl 10m and participate in an interval training (4 x 5m) flutter kicking workout. They'll also practice Swim to Survive« skills wearing a lifejacket.
