We combine cardio and toning into one class for a great full body work out. You will improve your cardio health using low-impact moves designed to gently increase your heart rate. You will also improve your strength through resistance training using your body weight and some light equipment. We will provide you with lots of options to make the work out what you need it to be-easier or harder!
Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell or experience any symptoms of COVID – 19.
Use the directional signage and follow staff instructions to ensure proper flow of traffic during your visit.
Please arrive only 5 minutes before your designated time in your fitness attire.
Bring your own reusable water bottle
Designated washrooms will be made available and customers will be asked to change at home after their session if possible.
