Here is a great full body work out that uses your own body weight as resistance. You will be challenged through cardio intervals, resistance sets, and core work, all capped off with a nice long stretch at the end. Don’t be fooled by the name, this class will have lots of options for all levels and abilities, so you can make it as easy or as hard as you’d like!
