The Mobility Method is a dynamic combination of strengthening and kinetic stretching. This class is will breathe life into the areas of your body that are stiff and sore. Work at any level to rebalance your alignment, unlock tight joints and prevent pain/injury with this cramp inducing, muscle-stimulating yet mindful workout. You will feel healthier, younger and more energized!
Biography:Natasha has exceed over 8000 teaching hours since completing her yoga teacher training and apprenticing in 2003. She began training teachers in functional anatomy for Torontos leading studios and independent practitioners in 2012. Recently she's expanded her knowledge into areas of refined calisthenics and mobility training. Working closely with private clientele enriches her knowledge and continues to affirm that teaching from the bones of the body provides authentic balance, safety and sustainability in everyones practice. Natasha also has extensive experience teaching prenatal and postnatal yoga and was a Birth Doula in Toronto before moving to Bowen in 2014. She is part of the Bowen Birth Collective as well as an advocate for self care for new mothers.
