The Boys & Girls Club will offer an eight week recreational sports program that will focus on Fundamentals described in the Long Term Athlete Development. Each week players will have the opportunity to develop skills and play games.
The goal of the program will be to improve their overall movement skills while improving agility, balance and coordination skills through activities that teach running, jumping, stopping, shooting skills. Your child will develop strength through physical activity play and will be introduced to rules and structures that will prepare them to play the sport of basketball.
At the core of the program we will emphasize physical activity and fun!
