Week 1 - Tropical Paradise 2021
Description
Everything is possible when its tropical! In this first week of BGCI Summer Camp we will celebrate summer in paradise! Irricana Splash Park, Hawaiian Themed Games, and a Luau for the last day!
Lions, Tigers and Bears OH MY! Let’s go wild with all things animals this week. Activities include animal themed games, nature walks, and maybe a real fuzzy visitor or two!
For our final week we bring the best! Carnival extravaganza full of surprises and the best memory of all “pie the counsellor”! Enjoy the last day of camp with Carnival Day!
Our Summer Day Camp experiences offer children and youth the opportunity to laugh, play, explore, and create new friendships! Our Summer Camp Counsellors promise to do their very best to make each day count, and to provide positive role modeling to our participants. At the Boys and Girls Club of Irricana, we pride ourselves on offering unique Camps to our Community. We are always seeking Parent Volunteers to help support weekly preparations. Please let us know where you can lend a hand!
Our Summer Day camps are being offered for Grades 1-6 for the 2021 season. Our Programs are offered Monday to Thursday 9:00am –4:00pm and Fridays 9:00am to 3:00pm. (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)
**Everyday please pack extra clothes, bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, bug spray, hat, and water bottles.**
Please understand that our hours reflect Summer Day Camp Hours and not Childcare/Child Minding Hours. When you enroll your child into our Camps, you are opening their world to fun and engaging experiences each week! Please pay close attention the Day Camp Themes during your weeks of enrollment, so you are aware of the activities that may take place and you can match them to your child’s interest! Cancellation Policy: If the Boys and Girls Club of Airdrie cancels a program, a full reimbursement will be issued. Cancellations made by a parent/guardian/member must be done so no later the two weeks before the start date of the camp, at which time a cancellation fee of 25% of the cost of the camp will be withheld. Any cancellation made less then two weeks will be non-refundable.
