Description:
Focusing on a slow flow, and easing in and out of postures, which allows participants to notice the subtleties of the practice. For beginners or those looking for a slower paced yoga class. A yoga mat is required for this program.
Notes:Classes will be hosted live on the Zoom platform. You can download Zoom at zoom.us and select which version you would like to download (i.e. tablet, phone, or computer). You will receive an additional follow-up email 24 hours prior to your first class that will include the Zoom Meeting ID number and Passcode. A computer or mobile device with audio is required. Virtual workout tips – stay hydrated, have your water bottle ready; wear proper athletic attire and shoes.
