Description: Certified Healthy Lifestyle Coach, Abigail Kodua, will teach you how to make quick and healthy plant based meals in under 10 minutes. In this virtual information and demo workshop, you will learn shortcut recipes for your favourite comfort foods. Take home recipe cards to share the meals with your whole family. Please Note: This is a virtual information based workshop. Participants will not be cooking meals or provided with supplies. Ages: 18yrs+
