Description: Objectives:

  • Understand a comparative study/a ranking
  • Speak about your place of life and justify it
  • To give an account of an event
  • Make a suggestion, inspire to action
  • Understanding titles in the newspapers
  • Respond and give your opinion about a television program
  • Understand events reported in the media
  • Witness an event
  • Report of news item.

For students enrolled in levels A2.5 to B1.1 who wish to spend more time practicing their conversation and listening skills, Alliance Française offers the "Oral Plus Package": one extra hour of class each week, to be taken in combination with a regular course.

Notes:
Before starting this course, you should have completed level A2.5 or been assessed at level A2.6 through a placement test, within 6 months of the beginning of the course. You need the Alter Ego +2 textbook and exercise book for this course. The Alter Ego +2 textbook and exercise book will be used for levels A2.4 to B1.3.
