Description: Objectives :

  • Understand/write a tour itinerary
  • Talk about hobbies and cultural activities
  • Write a holiday letter
  • Talk about personal tastes and diet
  • Understand/write a menu
  • Describe an outfit
  • Make a positive or negative assessment (clothes, people, etc.)
  • Ask for/specify the size of clothing
  • Give advice
  • Choose a gift for someone
  • Characterize an object, indicate its function

For students enrolled in levels A1.3 to A2.2 who wish to spend more time practicing their conversation and listening skills, Alliance Française offers the "Oral Plus Package": one extra hour of class each week, to be taken in combination with a regular course.

Notes:
Before starting this course, you should have completed level A2.1 or been assessed at level A2.2 through a placement test, within 6 months of the beginning of the course. You need the Alter Ego +1 textbook and exercise book for this course. The Alter Ego +1 textbook and exercise book will be used for levels A1.1 to A2.3.
