Description: Rev up your cardio endurance, strengthen muscles, improve balance and have fun with this low impact virtual fitness class for active seniors. This upbeat class will motivate you to move from the comfort of your own home. Strength training with optional weights, grab a chair for balance and stretching.
1. The Zoom link required to join your class will be provided in your receipt. If you choose to go back to your account at a later time, the Zoom link will be saved there, however, it will need to be copied and pasted into your browser.
2. The Zoom fitness program will be opened 5 minutes prior to the class start time.
3. Take extra precaution with participating in a virtual fitness class from home, be mindful of the space required and any environmental hazards that might be present.
4. For enhanced privacy and security, use a secure internet connection when joining on virtual programs.
5. Please be mindful of what you will have visible to others in your background as the instructor will want to check in with you once you are present on the Zoom conference line.
