Description
Love the world of music and the piano through most enjoyable songs and pieces. Develop proper technique with fun exercises. Piano lessons cover dexterity, listening, rhythm and theory. For all ages and levels. Lessons are scheduled in 30 minute time slots.

Andrea Chang, a graduate of UBC, has completed all grade 10 requirements in piano and music theory, as well as the Royal Conservatory of Music Associate of the Royal Conservatory Diploma for Teachers in Elementary and Intermediate Pedagogy. Andrea has over 12 years of teaching experience and her students take part in music festivals and examinations. Andrea's goal is to convey her lifelong appreciation of music to students of all ages.
Refund Policy:
• All refunds are subject to a $5 administrative fee, per program, per person unless the program is cancelled by the Community Centre
• Refund requests must be received by phone or in-person to the Front Office
• For weekly programs: Full refunds if requested at least 7 days before program start date. Partial refunds if requested within 6 days of program start date or 72 hrs before scheduled second class (will be charged for the first class). No refunds thereafter.
• For 1 day events, workshops, out trips, court rental: Refunds must be made at least 7 days before program start date. No refunds thereafter.
NOTE: The nature of the activity is such that you may interact with other people who are considered to be in good health, continuous physical distance between other people cannot be guaranteed, and, by participating in the activity, you are at risk of being infected by a pathogen, including but not limited to SARS-COV-2, which causes the disease COVID-19.
Communicable Disease Health & Safety Practices:

• Participants should assess themselves daily for symptoms of common cold, influenza, COVID-19, or other infectious respiratory disease before attending the Facility.
• Participants who are ill, including participants of essential service providers, should not attend a program or access the Community Centre. If you are unsure, you should self-isolate and contact 8-1-1 or the local public health unit.
• All participants are encouraged to practice proper hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette by covering coughs or sneezes.
