Description
This course works to embody the 4 components of water rescue: judgment, fitness, knowledge and skill. Candidates will be prepared for risky and challenging rescues. Fitness items include a 400 meter swim (16 lengths) within 12 minutes.
Prerequisite: 13 years or Bronze Star
